Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth: Our Most Holy Patroness

In honoring Mary as our patroness, our Church continues the ancient custom of naming churches after the Mother of God. On August 22, Memorial of The Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we will celebrate our parish feast day with a special Mass at 7 pm.

Please join us for Mass and fellowship on this blessed day of our Holy Mother Mary. She is a very important member of our parish community. We honor her holiness, learn from her example, and gain her intercession in time of need.

Because the Virgin Mary was raised to such a lofty dignity as to be the mother of the King of kings, it is deservedly and by every right that the Church has honored her with the title of ‘Queen’.
