Please join us in praying for the repose of the soul of our brother in Christ, David Sheldon Kneeter, age 76, of Osage Beach, Missouri

David Kneeter, born January 31, 1949, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
 David’s greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his daughters Kimberly Kneeter and Tabitha Leighty, son-in-law Daniel Leighty, and his beloved grandchildren: Nakkara George, Kiera George, Payton Leighty, Nevada Leighty, Christopher Leighty, and Orrin Leighty. He is also survived by his siblings Dorothy Dugger and Michael Kneeter. He was preceded in death by his siblings Barbara Kneeter, Sandra O’Brien, Robert Kneeter, and Eddie Kneeter. 


Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, June 10, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Waynesville, Missouri.
Services are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.

Eternal rest grant to him, O Lord; and let light perpetual shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
