    • There will be four youth that will make their Sacraments of Initiation, one making First Holy Communion and one coming into Full Communion on Saturday, May 18 at the 5:00 Pentecost Vigil Mass.
    • Our Youth Group is struggling. The attendance is below ten each week. Looking into Life Teen for that group. Attendance in the rest of FFF is very good. We are currently seeing more families at Mass.
    • Our last Stump the Pastor for the school year is April 17. We will have a cake and punch reception for the Confirmandi and Mallory Walsh following Stump the Pastor.
    • May 1 is the Vocation Workshop for 6th graders in Columbia, May Crowning during 5:00 Mass, end of the year BBQ. Again a lot is going on that day.  Michele and Karen will attend the vocation workshop with 6th graders and Karri will be sure details are worked out for the BBQ that evening.

  • Do we need to have Vocations as a separate area of responsibility? After a brief discussion it was decided to leave vocations under the Education commission.
  • Discussed offering a Hearts Afire program after Easter. Decided to look at offering 33 Days of Morning Glory this summer.
  • Family Life:   Karri
  • There are two weddings coming up. Karri met with the couple getting married on September 7th.
  • Formed.org and Library:  Kelly
  • The Budget is due in May. Please look at your area of responsibility to see how much money will be needed to provide the services needed. Those areas needing to be increased were as follows:  Retreats as wanting to plan something for the men in the parish. Increase activities, supplies, OCIA, and add for vocations.
  • We received the Father Offutt Grant for $3,199.00
    • We have ROKUs on all TVs now. They are set up with FORMED and YouTube. There are still some issues with the Wi-Fi.
    • We still have enough money from the grant to work on boosting the Wi-Fi, which seems at times to be weak. Looking at the wireless access points.
    • A group of ladies have started working on sorting and organizing the Library so that it will be more user-friendly.
  • Renewal Movement:  Mel
