- Adult Faith Formation: Barb
- Vocation Cross – Ongoing. Signup request in bulletin.
- White House retreat – Ten ladies attended and already have 11 signed up for next year.
- Works of Mercy group – No meetings scheduled right now.
- Just finished Women in the New Testament study. Beatitudes study in progress
- Planning a Divine Mercy study in Lent and Divine Mercy Sunday service
- Discussed possible pilgrimage within our diocese next year possibly during spring break
- Diocesan Women’s Ministry – Karen and Barb are representatives from OLL
- Parish College Grant – No applications yet but not due until Nov. 30.
- Family Life: Lynne Green
- In Lynne’s abscence, Kelly reported. Quincenera this Saturday, two Hispanic weddings — November 30 and Dec. 14.
- December 1-11 is Our Lady of Guadalupe Novena and a celebration. All are invited.
- Formed.org and Library: Kelly
- We need to stabilize/intensify the Wi-Fi so that we can promote FORMED. Discussion held and need complete by Jan. 1 for reporting use of our Father Offut grant money. Kelly will talk to Brian. Currently info on “This Week on Formed” is posted on our web home page and by flyer in the Bulletin board in hallway.
- Look at how clean the library area is thanks to the Works of Mercy group. OCIC will be meeting in the library on Wednesday nights during the school year.
- Renewal Movement: Lorraine Harrison is discerning
- Saturday, October 19, Welcome Social – great turnout and everyone had a great time.
- Karen Blevins: update on Advent By Candlelight Dec. 10 — Everything on track and moving forward.
- Welcome for 2025 scheduled Oct. 18-19. Team is starting. Discussion on Welcome held.
- Welcome Seed Team from OLL is going to St.. Stanislaus in Wardsville on Feb. 1-2 to lead weekend. Also approached by Our Lady of the Snows at Mary’s Home.
- New Evangelization: Linda B. – nothing to report on books
- Stewardship: Linda B.
- Several forms from Stewardship campaign distributed.
- Parish Religious Education Director Report: Michele
- FFF off to a great start.
- Continuing to tweak the food issue. Students appreciate the food.
- OCIA and Catechesis: Michele
- OCIA off to a great start. We have 4 adults in the program – One Catechumen and three Candidates. Annulment processes starting with Deacon Paul.
- We have two girls that are working with Jenn Otto who will be Baptized, receive First Holy Communion and will be Confirmed at the Easter Vigil. They have a younger sister that will be baptized at the same time.
- Parish Council Report: Linda A
- Council had a short meeting with Deacon Jim attending for Father. Trivia Night is on track.
- Next Meeting Date: Tuesday, January 7 at 5:00 in the Library.

Coordinators for Key Responsibility Areas:
- Order of Christian Initiation: The preparation for initiation into the Church for adults and children of catechetical age will be a special ministry of the commission, ensuring that there are catechists and sponsors to accompany the catechumens on the way to full initiation in to the sacramental life of the Church. __Michele Haggerty
- Welcome (Christ Renews His Parish) and Renewal Movements: The coordinator for renewal programs identifies, introduces and supervises the various renewal programs that are available to parishioners. ________
- Marriage Preparation, Baptism of Infants and Formation for Family Life: The coordinator for marriage preparation, infant baptism and formation for family life serves a foundational role in building up the domestic church in the home. _Lynne Green
- K-12 Religion Classes: The coordinator for the religious education of the youth has one of the most essential roles to play in faith formation. _Michele Haggerty
- Sacramental Preparation for Reconciliation, Holy Communion and Confirmation: The coordinator for sacramental preparation is a significant role along with the classroom catechists. The coordinator serves as an advisor, a facilitator and leader especially in ensuring that every person has access to sacramental catechesis at the appropriate time or remediating situations where a sacrament is lacking in the lives of the faithful. _Michele Haggerty
- Adult Faith Formation: The Coordinator for adult faith formation initiates programs that Invite and enable ongoing conversion to Jesus in holiness of life; promote and support active membership in the Christian community; and call and prepare adults to act as disciples in mission to the world. _Barb Steinman
- The New Evangelization: The coordinator for the new evangelization seeks out those who have not heard, or have forgotten, ignored or rejected the Christian message. _Linda Bukalski
- Parish Faith Formation Library: The Church has been and will continue to be a people of The Book. Therefore it is essential that literary, spiritual and catechetical materials be made available for all parishioners of all ages. _Kelly Hamrin
- Vocations to the Priesthood and Religious life: The coordinator for vocations to the priestly and religious life informs, organizes and leads the parish in regard to ensuring that the Lord’s call to pray for more workers in the vineyard is heard by each parishioner. _______________________
