  It’s almost time…We will be starting Family Faith Formation with Registration and a BBQ on Wednesday, September 4 after 5:30 Mass in Bestgen Hall.

  This year our theme will be “Learning to be Saints”. As we gather each week, let’s be mindful that we are all here for the same basic reason. We are here to honor our Lord, learn all we can about Him, and to bring all those around us to do the same. We all want to attain eternal life in Heaven.

  This morning as I was getting ready for work, I was listening to my favorite radio station—KLOVE.  One of the DJs was talking about how her son told her last night that today, Wednesday, would be “Wear Your Best—Wednesday”. That got me thinking… This year let’s have:

· Make Someone Smile—Monday

· Treat Someone with a Compliment—Tuesday

· Worship with Vigor—Wednesday

· Thank the Lord—Thursday

· Forgive Others—Friday

· Surprise a Loved One—Saturday

· Sing at Mass—Sunday

Upcoming Events

· Sunday, September 1—DONUT SUNDAY TODAY after 8:00 and 10:00 Mass. Donations help defray the cost of attending NCYC in November 2025.

· Wednesday, September 4—Family Faith Formation BBQ and registration after 5:30 Mass.

· Sunday, September 8—First Youth Group—Spreading the Good News from 11:30-1:00 in Bestgen Hall. Parents, please keep an eye out for more information!!!

· Wednesday, September 11—First night of FFF for all K-7th graders. Mass at 5:30 and class starting at 6:00 and ending at 7:00.

· Thursday, September 19—First OCIA class for Adults from 5:30-7:00.

· Sunday, September 22—Donut Sunday after 8:00 and 10:00 Mass. Donations help defray the cost of attending NCYC in November 2025.
