Family Faith Formation

October 29, 2023

Do you have what it takes to become a saint? Let me answer that question for all of us…YES…we do have what it takes. We have opportunities all day every day to make the right choices…to make Christian choices. We are challenged constantly to find ways to allow Christ’s light shine through us for others to see. There will be times we mess up…so many times! That is what the sacrament of Reconciliation is here for. We can see a priest and know that through that sacrament we can be forgiven as long as we have a sincere heart. We can be forgiven for anything…anything! Consider St. Paul who murdered Christians before he learned he was in the wrong. After he was forgiven, he totally turned his life around. Now he is basking in God’s glory for all of eternity. We all deserve that and it is totally attainable. Be a saint in the making!
