Family Faith Formation

  We have 23 youth in our parish that will be attending NCYC (National Catholic Youth Conference) from November 16-19. There are 9 parents/chaperones that will be traveling to Indianapolis with them. Please keep all those attending in your prayers. Look for our youth to come back with hearts blazing as they will be filled with the Holy Spirit! 

Advent Adventure

   Join us for 5:00 Mass on Saturday, December 9 as a family and then leave your kindergarten—high school seniors with us until 9:00 to prepare for the upcoming birth of the Christ child. We will feed them and have them attend stations where they will make some crafts, get visited by St. Nicholas, and wind down with a movie. Fifth—twelfth graders will help the younger children by leading them from station to station, or leading a station themselves. Please RSVP with name and grade level to (816) 210-8223 by Wednesday, 12/6.

UPCOMING EVENTS

· November 12—Donut Sunday after both Masses

· November 16-19—NCYC trip. Please keep our youth attending in your prayers.

· November 20—Youth Group and 7th graders work at Hope House from 9:00-12:00.

· November 22—No Family Faith Formation

· December 9— Advent Adventure from after 5:00 Mass-9:00 pm for K-4th grades. Fifth grade through high school students are needed as helpers. December 11—Family Reconciliation service at 5:30.

· December 11-13 Parish Mission Mass at 7:00.
