Have you wondered what Supper with the Saints is like? Here’s your chance to find out. On Wednesday, October 29 the ALL FAMILY All Saints day celebration is going to be combined with the Supper with the Saints. Each family will need to decide on their Saint. Then, create a poster or use one of the Saint’s Templates that we have available in the DRE’s office. And, if desired, dress up as your family selected Saint and participate in a Parade of Saints around the church after Mass.
After the Parade of Saints, we will head over to Bestgen Hall and enjoy the treats depicting the Saint that you have chosen. No need to make some complicated dish or dessert. It can be as easy as buying cannoli or Italian olive salad for a Saint that is from Italy. Pizza bites, Swedish meatballs, mini tacos, egg rolls, or fortune cookies are options as well. We will be offering the usual sandwiches, too. We want to make this as EASY and FUN as possible. There is a special place in heaven plus a Holy Water Bottle for the person that brings Italian Fig cookies!
Please Note: If you are a regular Supper with the Saints attendee, we will not be holding the event on October 25. We will combine it with the FFF All Family All Saints Event on Wednesday, October 29 after the 5:30 Mass.
Note: This will be the last Supper with the Saints for this calendar year. We will be offering the usual Supper with the Saints again on Saturday, January 24 after the 5:00pm Mass. Hopefully you will have had so much fun at the All Saints event that you will plan to participate in January as well.
