Attention Parish Family!!

 Stump the Pastor is right around the corner! This Wednesday, September 20, Father Penn will be in Fellowship Hall after the 5:30 Mass answering any questions that you can come up with regarding the Catholic faith. If you consider yourself shy and fearful of asking the questions aloud in front of a group of people, we have a “Stump the Pastor” can with pen and paper ready to go at the Welcome Center. You can’t miss it…picture Father Penn sitting on a tree stump! Just ask away and he will answer in the group session. He has already warned me that the office staff members are in a vulnerable position when it comes to examples…or making examples of us. I like to think that what he means is that he will be complimenting us for all of our hard work. In this short tenure, I really know that is NOT what he means. This should be a lighthearted learning experience and a great time to meet other parishioners. This will be a monthly event. Hope to see a good crowd!

Attention 7th—12th Graders!

 This Monday (as in tomorrow) the 7th—12th grade students have the opportunity to build some service hours by working at Hope House. We will work from 9:00-12:00. If you need transportation to Hope House, please meet in the church parking lot by 8:30. We will return by 12:30. You will need to have a completed permission slip if you are planning to ride to the site. There will be forms available on Monday.
