Twenty-First Sunday in Ordinary Time

No one can come to know God through human knowledge.  It is by faith, a gift that comes from God and by using our reason, that we come to know Him.  Coming to know God by our reasoning alone would not be possible, for God is divine and we are human.  The supremacy of God, no matter how hard we try, cannot be understood in our human capacity.  God opens His identity, His Presence to us through faith and revelation.  May we yearn to come to the knowledge of His truth by seeking the faith we need to come to know God and His glory.
