Twenty-Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time

How great is God’s love for us!  The next time we complain about God’s ways not being fair or just, be mindful of how great God’s is for us.  Jesus, became one of us, took our nature upon Himself in order that He might die in order that we might live.  How fair is that?  Jesus humbled Himself for us, took on our nature so that He could die, for as God He could not, in order that we might be restored to our original dignity: to become one again with God.  

To fulfill God’s desire for us is at times difficult, but the reward is eternal glory.  This is a gift we do not deserve.  May we be guided always in God’s truth, teachings and fairness.
