Old business and New Business

I would say at this point in time anything we have scheduled is either CANCELED or put on HOLD depending the month.  We will have to check month by month as to the functions we can or cannot do.  As you read most of the items on the list are no longer going to be held or are on hold.

Everyone please be safe. This is definitely a trying time for all of us.

Please keep Karen Pither in your prayers as she just had back surgery 

 We still need someone to step up for Vice President.  The other offices are filled.  If we have elections in May this is the roster.  Until there is an installation of officers everyone currently stays in place.  The following is for when we can have the proper installation of officers.

Bibles can be ordered for the new school yr. for the class we approved them for and the Mass booklets for the pews in church can be ordered once a yr., as needed.  This was approved at a prior meeting.  Melodi and I will talk as to when this happens

First fish fry:   no further fish fries for the season. Thanks for the tasty desserts provided.

Poster Contest will not be another one this year.

April – Convention KOC Jefferson City – April 24, 25, and 26^th Canceled.  Looking at the possibility of doing it online not a definite. 

April cleaning of carpets and floors for the card party.  April 23 and 24.  We will need help on the 22 to move things to the floor and then on the night of the 23 April around 6 or 7 Pm move things to the Carpet so he can do the floor on the 24.  The 25 everything can be moved in place for the confirmation on Sunday.  This has been canceled until a later date when everything clears up.

April 22 end of the year PSR BBQ – Canceled

May 3^rd is the first Breakfast: 10 :  Canceled for now

May 13 – Card Party – Rusti is getting door prizes and Annette is getting the tickets and flyers for the card party.  This is on HOLD and maybe canceled to a later date.  Will check with MSGR.

May 19 Election of Officers:  on hold

June 16 Installation of officers and dinner.  Ladies pay $225.00 for half the dinner and the Roses:  on hold

Aug 16   Picnic Bestgan Hall:  on hold

Aug 23 beginning of PSR year BBQ on hold

Oct 2/3 is the Tootsie Roll drive

Nov 17 Mass for Deceased Knights and Ladies

Branson Trip to be scheduled in November

 Dec 12 – 4^th Degree Christmas Party

Dec 18 is the 3^rd degree Christmas Party at Bestgan Hall

Need to check for a band in Oct time frame
