Parish School of Religion (PSR)

The purpose of the religious education program of Our Lady of the Lake is to communicate the Catholic Faith to adults, youth and children. The program seeks to both form the community of Our Lady of the Lake in the Catholic Faith and to educate these in the knowledge of their Faith.

Usually children celebrate the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist during the second grade.  Students must have attended religious education classes a year prior to celebrating the two sacraments. Children must be prepared to celebrate First Reconciliation before preparation for First Eucharist may begin.Students new to the program must have their Baptismal certificate.
