Bishop-elect Ralph O’Donnell will be ordained and installed as our newly appointed chief shepherd of the Diocese of Jefferson City, on Tuesday, October 28th. His ordination to the episcopy will be preceded by a Vesper Service the night before, Monday, October 27th. The Vesper service is open to the public, both the prayer service and the reception that follows in the undercroft of the Cathedral, Cana Hall.
I encourage you to consider attending, maybe carpooling to insure parking for you. The ordination Mass will be too crowded and therefore will be for “invitation only,” regretfully; but any and all can “live-stream” the ordination Mass at home on October 28th, or at a later date. An internet link will be forthcoming.

Let us all keep Bishop-elect Father O’Donnell in our prayers as he prepares himself for this wonderful celebration for his family and for our Diocesan family.
