Stewardship Council Meeting: Monday, February 24, 2025, 4:30 pm (* denotes absence)

Opening Prayer: STEWARDSHIP PRAYER

1. Open discussion about 2025 Online Form: Gay Ann

• Gay Ann and Marilee will begin working on a detailed online form in April. Once a preliminary form is created, everyone on the council will have an opportunity to provide feedback. Once the council approves, a test group of parishioners will be asked to provide feedback before the release in the 2025 CSR.

2. Parish Council Update: Jay Bukalski

3. Parishes as the Beatitudes: Linda and Brandy – will work together with Fr. Berhorst and Deacon Jim to determine how to gather more feedback for Pastoral Council as they begin the updates to the Pastoral Plan.

4. Fellowship Hall Updates: Next Steps

• Bulletin Boards in ramp hallway entrance: Waiting on the order for the panels to be ordered by Kelly. Once delivered, we will meet to layout and complete the walls.

• Current Events Center

✓ Table below TV: Jennifer – Waiting on final approval to have the table built. We have approval to move the TV back against the wall.

✓ TV update: Gay Ann – Deacon Jim ask that we wait to get the Technology updates completed to start rolling current events messages.

• Future décor for Liturgical Seasons: Gay Ann – simple decorations ordered for Lent

5. 2025 Review of Stewardship Charter: Current Charter was distributed by email. We will review pieces of the Charter at our March and April meetings. If changes are required, we will present them for approval in May.

6. Thank You Notes: Cards are ordered. Once they arrive, Gay Ann will create a packet for council members to sign. Once signed, each Stewardship Rep will have cards to distribute.
