Opening Prayer: STEWARDSHIP PRAYER

1. Open discussion about 2025 Online Form

• Based on feedback from parishioners and our council members, we will work with Marilee Poulter to develop an Online CSR Form the resembles our printed CSR form.

2. Parish Council Update: Gay Ann

• Jay Bukalski will be our 2025 Stewardship Council Rep to Pastoral Council

3. Parishes as the Beatitudes: Linda

• Linda reported that only a few questionnaires have been returned. The council will look for opportunities to gather more input from parishioners, working with the Pastoral Council as they begin the process of updating the Pastoral Plan.

4. Fellowship Hall Updates: Next Steps

• Bulletin Boards in ramp hallway entrance: Gay Ann

✓ We have approval to create the bulletin tile boards along the ramp to the fellowship hall.

• Current Events Center

✓ Table below TV: Jennifer

➢ Jennifer will work with Deacon Jim, Joan, and Kelly to finalize the table for the current events center.

✓ TV update: Gay Ann

➢ Technology updates are underway. Once complete, we will work to get a rolling message current events display, with the possibility of broadcasting mass in the fellowship area.

• Future décor for Liturgical Seasons

✓ The council is discussing simple décor for the welcome wall for each Liturgical Season.

5. 2025 Review of Roles and Responsibilities

• Stewardship Council Chair: G. Christy until the end of 2025

• Stewardship Secretary: G. Christy will fill until someone else volunteers

• Stewardship Bulletin Announcement: G. Christy 

• Pastoral Council Rep: Jay Bukalski

• Thank You Notes: G. Christy will move forward with ordering new cards and coordinating signatures from council members.

1. Stewardship Partner Updates: No change to Stewardship Rep Assignments. Reps will engage with the Commission Chairs regularly in 2025 and with ministries within the commissions as requested.
