Stewardship Council Meeting: Monday, July 29, 2024, 4:30 pm

Opening Prayer: STEWARDSHIP PRAYER
1. Stewardship Partner Updates:

2. Novena in honor of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth: Stewardship hosts Tuesday, August 13th and Vicki Irsik is coordinating the evening for our council. Meal contributions and updated lector assignments for the evening were made. Novena scripts can be accessed in this link. V. Irsik and L. Bukalski are discussing ideas for attendee takeaways.

3. Ministry Matrix Next Page: approved and ready for use. G. Christy and B. Hutzler are working with M. Poulter and J. Wolf to create online ministry sign-up using this matrix.
4. Council/Commission Pamphlets: Waiting on Worship Commission pamphlet. L. Hankins has graciously agreed to translate pamphlets to Spanish. L. Bukalski and V. Irsik are working on the Stewardship pamphlet.
5. Welcome Center Refresh: Sample letters for the Welcome Wall were viewed and final selection of letters were made. Shadow boxes and shelves are being worked on. No progress on the current events center has been made. G. Christy will schedule time with Joan to discuss next steps for technology assistance. G. Christy is working with K. Cotter to finalize additional panel for Knights/Lady Auxiliary wall next to kitchen.
6. Stewardship CSR Pamphlet: Once development is complete, Council will review for final approval.
7. Small Group Study During CSR: Small group host names were discussed. L. Bukalski will lead coordination of small groups with assistance from B. Hutzler. Additional planning will take place during the 2024 CSR Planning Session.
8. Annual Welcome Dinner for New Parishioners: S. Ziegler has confirmed that Oct 5 is the date for the New Parishioners Dinner and we will be worked in as an event during the 2024 CSR Planning Session.
9. Stewardship witnesses for CSR: Lay witness ideas are being discussed. Speakers will be asked to give a 3-to-5-minute testimony prior to Mass during the CSR in October. This will be finalized during the 2024 CSR Planning Session.
