Stewardship Council Meeting Minutes: Monday, March 24, 2025, 4:30 pm

Opening Prayer: STEWARDSHIP PRAYER

1. 2025 Online Form: Gay Ann – Work to develop new online form will begin in April

2. Parish Council Update: Jay Bukalski (Parish Council did not have a meeting, next meeting TBD)

3. Parishes as the Beatitudes: Linda and Brandy – Linda will consolidate the information we received from parishioners during the small group study and give them to Brandy. When the Parish Council is ready to update the Pastoral Plan, Brandy will let Linda know if we need to get additional input.

4. Fellowship Hall Updates: Next Steps

• Bulletin Boards: Approved, we are currently waiting for Kelly to place the order.

• Current Events Center

✓ Table below TV: Jennifer: When we continue work on the Current Events Center, we will revisit this recommendation.

✓ TV update: Gay Ann: waiting on the technology updates throughout the church.

• Future décor for Liturgical Seasons: Gay Ann – simple Lenten décor is out, will be updated again after Holy Saturday Mass with He is Risen décor. Décor will return to original decorations on Pentecost Sunday, June 8.

5. Thank You Notes: Cards have been distributed to Stewardship Reps to use as needed.  Reps will keep a list of the notes they send so our council knows.  

6. 2025 Review of Stewardship Charter: – The Charter was reviewed.  Gay Ann will distribute an update copy and we will finalize in our May meeting any additional changes that need to be made.

Additional Discussions:

• We are receiving questions again to see if we can utilize a giving tool like VENMO.  This would be a valuable tool for online contributions and to use during fundraising events, i.e. Trivia Night.
