Stewardship Council Meeting: Thursday, May 22, 4:30 pm

Opening Prayer: STEWARDSHIP PRAYER

1. Deanery Meetings: The Deanery Leadership meets 4 times a year. This is an opportunity for parish leadership to come together as a deanery to discuss various topics and share ideas. The next Southwest Deanery meeting is scheduled for June 3 at St. Pat’s in Laurie.

2. Stewardship Conference: August 9^th at the Cathedral in Jefferson City; Our theme for CSR 2025 is . “HOPE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT” Romans 5:5 – registration is open, please register and encourage your commission chair/ministry leads to join us.

3. Stewardship Charter – June 2025 Revision – 2025 updates approved by the council, will be submitted to Monsignor Higley for final approval to publish.

4. 2025 Budget: Budget was discussed and submitted for approval

5. Preview of sample Online CSR Form Updates: Council likes the new form and approved moving forward for continued development

6. Stewardship Webpage Updates: ideas were discussed and will be forwarded to Marilee for development

7. Parish Council Update: Brandy and Jay: No meeting has been held; currently working with Fr. Berhorst to create the 2025 Pastoral Plan

8. Fellowship Hall Updates: Next Steps

• Bulletin Boards on ramp hallway entrance are complete

• Current Events Center: No new updates on technology improvements

9. Thank You Notes – Council continues to distribute notes of gratitude

10. At August Meeting 2025 Review of Roles and Responsibilities

• Stewardship Council Chair, Secretary, Bulletin Announcement, Pastoral Council Rep
