Stewardship Council Meeting: Monday, September 23, 2024, 4:30 pm

CSR Count Down

1. Stewardship Commitment Forms: English version is printed, Susan and I have 600 copies printed and folded, ready to put on the Welcome Wall and in pews for Oct 5-6. Lusica is working on Spanish translation. Update since meeting:  Our Spanish translation forms are complete, printed, available on the Welcome Wall, and in the Hispanic cabinet to use when Rosa kicks-off CSR in person Oct 12-13. Online donations can be made using bank account, credit card, Google Pay and Apple pay. ACTION: G. Christy needs to document the process of how volunteer forms and online commitments will be distributed to Commission/Service Organization Chairs and how Thank You notes will be sent to parishioners.

2. Pew Cards: Pew cards are printed and ready for laminating and cutting in preparation to put in pews for Oct 5-6. Update since meeting: Jay, Susan, Jennifer, and Gay Ann completed laminating/cutting and cards are ready to fill the pews, after Mass/Rosary on Oct 2. ACTION: any Stewardship Council members that are available, please join us Wednesday, Oct 2 at 6 pm to fill pews with CSR information.

3. Commission Pamphlets: New pamphlets in English are on the wall. Kelly and Lusica are finalizing the Spanish version. Update since meeting: Spanish translations are complete and available on the Welcome Wall. 

4. Online Volunteer Form: Marilee, Gay Ann, and Lusica are finalizing both the English and Spanish versions. Update since meeting: the new parish Stewardship email is Stewardship@OurLadyLakeOzark.org; the new parish Worship email is Worship@OurLadyLakeOzark.org ACTION: G. Christy will share the Stewardship email and password with the council members so you can view the folder for your commission and work with your commission chair to ensure parishioners are contacted and electronic Thank You notes are sent.

5. Speaking CSR Kick-Off Weekend: Less than 5 minutes to welcome everyone to the 2024 CSR, explain ways to make commitments – online/forms – reminder of small groups, Thank everyone for participation. ACTION: G. Christy to draft a list of key points to discuss. L. Bukalski will speak before 5 pm mass on Oct. 5; G. Christy will speak before 8 am and 10 am masses on Oct. 6.

6. Pew Organized after Masses: ACTION: Who will be responsible:

7. Annual New Parishioner Dinner: October 5 – Jay and Linda will attend. 

8. Youth Lay Witness Talk: Luke has agreed to speak; ACTION: Gay Ann to finalize date

9. Oct 12-13 Lay Witness Talk
