I invite you to consider going to a Cursillo. Upcoming weekends are: #71 Men’s Weekend—March 2 – 5, 2023, St. Anthony Parish, Camdenton, MO and #79 Women’s Weekend—March 16 – 19, 2023, St. Anthony Parish, Camdenton, MO
What is a Cursillo (Ker-see-yo) you might ask? They explained it to me as a short course on the Catholic faith and in living a Christian life. It inspires you to live a life in union with God and working to bring others to this union with God.
I experienced this three day journey August 4-7, 2022 at Fr. Tolton High School in Columbia, MO. There were 15 other like-minded women wanting to learn more and grow in their faith. Friendships and bonds are formed in a very short time. You learn to open up to others about yourself and your faith. I learned there is always room to grow both physically and spiritually.
