WORSHIP COMMISSION MINUTES

FEBRUARY 11, 2025

Members present: Kathy Cotter, Stacy Gier, Joy Corwin, Julie Mercurio, Kelly Hamrin

The meeting began with an opening prayer.

Liturgical support chairperson was given any stewardship forms that had been collected.  Those interested in serving as ushers, greeters, lectors, mass coordinators will be contacted.  Some sort of appreciation was discussed for all volunteers, such as a pot luck dinner.

Holy Communion chairperson noted that Mass coordinators are still needed.  Also, waiting to see what happens with the new altar plans before updating materials.

Music and Song chairperson doing research on repairing keyboard.  Also looking into continuing to build the choir in various ways.

Art and environment chairperson reported upcoming meetings to be held with committee members to prepare for the Lenten and Easter season.

Ash Wednesday services have been set at 8:00 am, 12:05 pm and 5:30 pm

All members were asked to help with and submitting a year in review of accomplishments for 2024.

The next meeting was set for March 25

The meeting ended with a closing prayer.
